To fully support our customers, we’ve compiled a collection of the most frequently asked questions.
Take a look below, and if your question isn’t covered, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Shipping:

We ship to all 50 states within the USA!  We offer two shipping options: UPS Ground 1-5 day or USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. Our processing time can vary and will be displayed during the checkout process. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders. The transit time provided is an estimate given by the shipping carrier. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Your package will be sent via your chosen shipping option but we are not responsible for late packages due to delayed transit times. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking information to know when your package will arrive.

 

International shipping - We ship to Canada! Please note that the shipping price solely covers what our shipping carrier (USPS) charges for transit. Duty/Taxes are not included and may be requested upon arrival by customs.

 

If you are outside of the USA or Canada, please e-mail us! We are happy to discuss shipping to other countries.

Cancellations/Returns:

Cancellations: Customers may cancel their orders within 12 hours of purchasing. Orders cannot be cancelled after the 12 hours. 

 

Returns: Returns are accepted.The buyer MUST contact support@fullmoonfarmhouse.com within 3 days of their order arriving (per tracking information). The buyeris responsible for return shipping. The refund will be issued once the item arrives. All items MUSTbe returned in their original condition so please package accordingly. Only subtotal will be refunded, the buyer's original shipping charge is non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any order at any time for any reason we see fit. In this instance, you will receive a entirerefund. 

 

Returning holiday items: Holiday items do not apply to the above refund policy.  Holiday item returns will be cut off the week before the holiday.  The items will no longer be refundable after that and the sale will be final.

 

Exchanges: Exchanges will not be accepted once the item has shipped.

Rae Dunn Product Information

All Rae Dunn products on the site are authentic Rae Dunn by Magenta items. However, they are NOThandmade by Rae Dunn herself. Rae Dunn explains her relationship with Magenta in her personal blog: [http://www.raedunn.com/rae-dunn-vs-rae-dunn-by-magenta]

 

Items may vary in size and shape etc.. This goes hand in hand with the "perfectly imperfect" theme that her items carry. Her older wares may have the Magenta logo as opposed to Rae Dunn by Magenta stamped on the bottom. If you have any questions at all, please message us! 

Melamine items: All items on the site are ceramic unless indicated otherwise in the title. If an item has the word "Melamine" in the title, it is NOT ceramic. It is melamine (plastic). Please follow the care instructions on the bottom of the item for proper use. 

All prices of unsold items on the site are subject to change without notice.

Promotional Discount Codes:

Promotional discount codes are applicable to new orders only. The discount will not be retroactively applied to orders made prior to the distribution of the code. The promotion is valid only on the days specified via e-mail or site. All discounts are valid on the subtotal only (unless specified otherwise). Shipping charge is not included. Promo codes can notbe stacked or combined. One promo code per transaction. The codes are case sensitive, please enter exactly as received.
